I woke up this morning and realized two things:
- It’s December 1
- I haven’t done fitness on this blog and my social feeds in awhile
That means it’s the perfect time to kick off a new fitness routine this month. Join me overThe other day someone asked me what habit I’d like to change in 2018. I said I’d like to add more mid-day movement. With a new month upon us, I decided why wait until Jan 1 to make a change? That’s why today I kicked off #HolidayFitBall, my December fitness series featuring workouts done with a medicine ball. No ball? No problem! Plenty of ways to still play along. AND join me every Friday this month for Friday Facebook Live Fitness at 1pm EST on my Mandy Enright, MS, RDN, RYT – Nutrition Nuptials Facebook page. Comment below if you’re going to play along! the next 31 days for some fitness fun! And because I love a good prop, I’m adding in a ball to all this month’s workouts. Hey, it’s the holidays so why not have a ball?!?! Here’s how this month’s fitness will work:
- Everyday on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube catch that day’s workout – so make sure you follow/subscribe to my feeds!
- Join me on my Facebook page every Friday this month at 1pm EST for LIVE Facebook Fitness Friday!
- When you play along, make sure to tag me and use #HolidayFitBall so we can stay accountable to each other.
To add to the fun of this month’s workout, we’re adding a ball into the daily drills. If you don’t have an official medicine ball, use any basketball, volleyball, or soccer ball. Just make sure it’s sturdy enough to support putting weight on it.
