Fall Back into Health Habits: Accountability Challenge Announcement!

The following program is being conducted in conjunction with Wildtree, of which I serve as a rep and product distributor. I only recommend products I absolutely love to my readers. See Disclaimer at the end of this post for more info.

Did you know September is second to January when it comes to focusing on goals? With the end of year approaching (eek!), many folks want to circle back and assess the goals we set back in January. Or maybe they were forgot about all together and now it’s time to get back on track. And some of us may be thinking about all the ice cream, boardwalk fries, and BBQ beers we enjoyed this summer with our significant others. With September approaching, many of you may have newfound motivation to step up your game when it comes to healthy lifestyle habits. And that’s why I’m stoked to share a new accountability challenge I’ll be kicking off this September!

I have to first start off by saying that I hate the terms “detoxify“, “clean eating“, and “cleanse“. Those trendy “food scare” terms totally put a damper on promoting good habits. Everyone becomes so hyper-aware of what they’re eating that they talk themselves out of having the right items. I don’t know how many times I have to say this to my nutrition clients, but bananas, WHITE potatoes, and peanut butter all serve as part of a healthy eating lifestyle. That’s why I have chosen to call my upcoming program a “Reset” – all we’re simply doing is shifting our habits and mindset.

This September I am super pumped to offer my Fall Back Into Healthy Habits: 10-Day Reset Challenge. This 10-Day Reset Challenge will take place Sept 11-20, 2017 and can be done from anywhere thanks to the wonders of the internet. The group aspect definitely steps up the accountability and motivation factor. Have you significant other join you in the challenge, and you have a motivated household on your hands!

My goal with this challenge is to help you PAVE the Way to Success™ with your lifestyle habits by:

Prepping meals through simple meal prep process and create a calendar for meals. You’ll also be provided daily workouts for all fitness levels.

Participate daily in Facebook group discussions and share photos of daily meals and post-workout “Sweaty Selfies”. Receive daily email reminders about the challenge. You’ll also have the opportunity to schedule individual check-ins with a Registered Dietitian (that’s ME, in case anyone is curious).

Share your goals, successes, and struggles with the group. We’re all in this together and ready to give support!

Create a home and work environment that allows for a change towards healthy habits by having meals and snacks prepped and ready to enjoy. Set aside an area at your home to do the daily workouts. No excuses when you’ve already done your planning and prepping!

The goal is to develop healthy habits over the 10-Day Reset Challenge through motivation and having the right tools on hand. Positive side effects may include more energy, increase in fitness level, and feeling better from the inside out. I hope this reset inspires your family and friends to do the same!

Fall Reset Accountability Challenge

This 10-Day Reset Challenge is putting an emphasis on meal prepping, fitness, nutrition education, and accountability. You MUST be committed to all aspects if you want to see a positive change. I am providing you the tools and encouragement. YOU do the work and earn the results.

1. Order your meal prep menu and items by Aug 23rd, 2017
2. Prep simple Breakfasts, Snacks, Mason Jar Salads & Freezer Meals (in advance) for each day of the 10 days.

  • Freezer Meals and Mason Jar Salads can be prepped:
    A) With me in NJ for my local folks, OR
    B) DIY your freezer meals & salads if you can’t make it or aren’t local (I’ll walk you through the process)
  • Breakfasts and Snacks will be prepped on your own (grocery list and recipes will be provided)

3. Engage in the 10-Day Reset Challenge Accountability Facebook Group by posting your daily meals & snacks
4. Participate in daily fitness challenges and post a “Sweaty Selfie” after your workout
5. Participants who post their meals and fitness all 10 days, plus participate in bonus challenges will be entered to win a $75 gift card (and if there’s lots of participants, the prize amount can increase!)

Participation in the accountability challenge is FREE with the purchase of the suggested Wildtree meal prep ingredients. And if you already have the products, only order what you need. I recommend choosing a minimum of the following products:

  • 2 of the breakfasts
  • 2 of the snacks
  • 3 salad dressings
  • 1 meal prep bundle

You will not only have enough items to make the recipes provided, but you will have plenty ingredients left over to make more recipes. And you may even have meals in the freezer to enjoy after the challenge ends. One of the biggest benefits of meal planning and prepping is the cost savings!

Choose my DISCOUNTED bundle which includes ALL of the products you’ll need and save $25 off the total cost.

To participate, you need to RSVP for the challenge HERE.  Registration closes on August 23, 2017 so meal prep items can be ordered to arrive in time to prep and start on September 11, 2017. Then request to join the 10-Day Reset Challenge Accountability Facebook Group to follow along and share your status.

If doing DIY meal prep, make sure to set aside time the weekend before the start date for grocery shopping and prepping. Be ready to share your prepped items with the Accountability Group before we kick off!

  1. Nice! I really like that PAVE acronym to help remind us of what we need to keep ourselves on track – the V for verbalization is the most helpful for me because not only do I tell people what I plan to do or want to do, I follow up afterwards and report back. Whether they want to hear it or now 🙂
