Mandy will meet you at a local Monmouth County, NJ grocery store and take you on a personalized tour to fill your cart smartly. This service is also available with small groups.
DITCH & SWTICH PANTRY PURGE
Parting can be such sweet sorrow- or maybe you’re just not sure what can stay and what can go. If there are too many temping foods in your home, let Mandy peek through your cabinets to see which items to keep, ditch, or switch for healthier options. Food items that are unopened and have not exceeded their expiration date will be donated to a local food pantry. This service many be combined with the Grocery Store Tour for an additional fee.

From simple to simply delicious, Mandy will help you plan and create a meal for you and your significant other that meets your skill level while teaching kitchen basics. Healthy ingredient swaps will be made to show that healthy doesn’t have to equal boring or tasteless.
