Mandy is certified in several areas of fitness and loves sharing her passion for movement with others. This option is available to individuals, couples, or a small group that you assemble. Mandy also conducts intensive workshops for those seeking more in-depth training. All sessions are 60-minutes and will take place in your home unless otherwise noted. Mandy’s areas of specialty include:
- High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Circuit Training/Bootcamp
- Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) – includes basic paddle lessons, yoga, & fitness
- Location: Shark River, NJ. This service is seasonal & weather-depending
