  1. I read your blog on collagen. I thought collagen was not absorbed by the body, therefore not sure how it can provide as much protein as you stated. Has something changed from what I had learned?

    1. Collagen in its whole form can not be digested. However, collagen peptides (which is what I had spoken about) is a much more absorbable form of collagen because it’s broken down into a smaller form of an amino acid (which forms protein), making it easier to digest and a high source of protein for the body.
