  • Establish roles and responsibilities early on by allowing each person to specialize in their areas of expertise (eg. Liz cooks, Tim does the books)
  • Divide and conquer – but also be fair (ie. if one person cooks the other should help out with cleaning)

  1. I loved this episode…Liz and Tim are awesome! Their guidelines really hit home with me too…my hubby and I tend to stick to our areas of expertise around the house (he doesn’t seem to understand that you have to separate the laundry into different piles before washing) and I don’t give a darn about changing out the air filters in the house or cars. Great episode.
