Wedding Season is here. For those brides with upcoming weddings, many of the big details have been taken care of – menu finalized, dress fittings taking place, hair and make-up trials getting scheduled. And looking forward to a nice afternoon getting showered with gifts from family and friends.

Perhaps you’ve spent days agonizing over your wedding registry (or registries). Maybe your are just starting the scanning process and are completely overwhelmed.   Here on Nutrition Nuptials, all of my Recipes include a Registry Recommendation to help with that specific recipe preparation.   But with so many choices out there, you want to make sure you’ve made the right picks. Hey, finding the right fiancé wasn’t an easy task either, but you made it this far!

If I had to rank my top 3 kitchen items, I’d say my oven-safe Calphalon large non-stick covered skillet, olive oil mister, and Chef’n GarlicZoom garlic chopper are my kitchen MVPs. I’m also old-fashioned and actually DID register for china place settings and crystal wine goblets (which seems to be a little passé these days dueregistry recommendations to space and practicality). Although we rarely use either, I’m glad we received expensive items like those for our wedding because I honestly don’t know when else we’d get around to buying something so pricey. And they do make for beautiful displays in the breakfront inherited from my grandparents.
