Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP)
If trying Stand Up Paddleboarding has been on your bucket list, or you want to learn SUP before the Honeymoon, get your Bride Tribe together and book a private session for of my signature SUP classes in Belmar, NJ:
- SUP Yoga: 90-minute yoga class on the water. These classes are for ALL levels!
- Paddle ‘N Pour Bar Tour: explore the bars on the Shark River in Belmar by SUP – a one of a kind experience! Choose from 2 or 3 hour outing.
- Paddle Out: 2 hour basic lesson and paddle around Shark River

Yoga & Fitness
Get your Bride Tribe together for some calming vibes with a private group yoga class or sweat it out together with a HIIT fitness class!
- Yoga: 60-90 minute private yoga session. Includes aromatherapy. Perfect way to kick off your bachelorette party weekend or a calming start to your wedding day!
- Fitness: 60-minute fitness session with emphasis on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Choose from group class or circuit training.
Meal Prep Workshops
Help the Bride-to-Be prep freezer meals to enjoy with her new husband after the wedding madness calms down. These workshops last 2 hours.
- Meal Prep: Each person will prep 10 meals. Give one to the Bride and keep the rest for yourself!
- Meal Planning: Includes a basic meal planning session. Each participant will leave with a calendar with meals for the upcoming weeks planned out!
