#HolidayFitBall: December Fitness


I woke up this morning and realized two things:

  1. It’s December 1
  2. I haven’t done fitness on this blog and my social feeds in awhile

That means it’s the perfect time to kick off a new fitness routine this month. Join me overThe other day someone asked me what habit I’d like to change in 2018. I said I’d like to add more mid-day movement. With a new month upon us, I decided why wait until Jan 1 to make a change? That’s why today I kicked off #HolidayFitBall, my December fitness series featuring workouts done with a medicine ball. No ball? No problem! Plenty of ways to still play along. #HIITmebaby31times was such a HIIT, I’m doing another workout series this August. I’ll be posting daily HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts this month (running Aug 8-26) AND make it a contest! The theme of this month is incorporating PROPS into your workout. Since I don’t believe in cost as an excuse NOT to exercise, my focus is on utilizing household items if you don’t have “official” exercise equipment at home.
