  • Milk, Yogurt & Whey Protein: helps the brain use an amino acid called tryptophan to manufacture melatonin, a sleep triggering hormone
  • Tart Cherry Juice & Berries: naturally boosts melatonin and acts as an anti-inflammatory

  • ½ C Plain Icelandic Skyrr recommend Siggis
  • ¼ C tart cherry juice

  • 2 TB nonfat dried milk powder
  • 1 TB wheat germ or ground flax seeds
