The holidays are here, and I’m spreading some extra cheer with some fitness everyday during the month of December!
All workouts are intended to be done in under 15 minutes, working multiple muscle groups at once with each drill. Modifications are provided. Work to the best of your ability, and see how you grow over the month.
And because I love a good prop, we’re adding a ball into our daily workouts. If you don’t have an official medicine ball, use any basketball, volleyball, or soccer ball. Just make sure it’s study enough to support putting weight on it.
