With the Winter Solstice upon us and shorter daylight hours, it’s easy to end the day early and skip a workout altogether in favor of relaxing on the couch after work.  But I am a stickler for No Excuses when it comes to working out.  So just in time for the shortest day of the year, I present to you the Couch Workout.

The inspiration for my new workout created for Yogasmoga is to make the couch your workout friend instead of the enemy.  A couch makes an amazing prop for fitness training for all levels of fitness and experience.  This couch workout incorporates all aspects of fitness: strength, cardio, and flexibility.  And the best part?  The whole couch workout can be  completed in under 15 minutes!
